A) Proper attire for men shall include dress pants, coat and tie.
B) Proper attire for women shall include dresses, business suits, dress pants with blazers or formal pantsuits.
C) Casual attire shall be limited to the ground floor and first floor to include the Erie, Niagara, Ontario and Reading rooms.
D) Casual attire for men means coat and tie are not required. Ladies may wear pants. Tee shirts or sweatshirts, denims of any kind are not permitted, as are halters, tank tops, shorts, jogging outfits and sneakers.
